Diboc is a novel amino protectant used in organic synthesis to introduce tert butoxycarbonyl (BOC) as a protective agent, particularly suitable for amino acid protection. Widely used in the synthesis of various products such as medicine, protein and peptide synthesis, biochemistry, food, cosmetics, etc. The finished product is a colorless crystalline or colorless liquid, with a melting point of 22-23 ℃, a boiling point of 56-57 ℃/66 Pa, a refractive index (ND20) of 1.409, and a relative density of 0.950. Dissolved in organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran, n-hexane, benzene, and trichloromethane, slightly soluble in water.

Stability
